This is an appeal by Thelma Mae King, W.T. Brockus and Wilma Ruth Brockus, his wife (defendants below), from a judgment in favor of W.R. Oakley and Marie Oakley, his wife (plaintiffs below), whereby the title to certain real estate was quieted in plaintiffs. The judgment denied defendants' contention that plaintiffs' action was to rescind a real estate purchase contract between plaintiffs and defendants...
