PHILLIPS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the State Banking Board approving an application for charter of a state bank to be located in Grapevine, Texas and to be called the American Bank of Commerce.

Appellant First National Bank of Grapevine filed suit in the District Court1 seeking to set the order aside. The trial court entered judgment upholding the order, hence the appeal to this Court.
