Appellee Carnes brought this suit on a fire insurance policy against Texas Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, the appellant. The insurance company insured a cotton picking machine of Carnes against various risks, including loss by fire. A rubber stamped endorsement in red ink was placed on Carnes' yellow colored insurance policy, which was called "Endorsement No. 10."
