THOMPSON, District Judge.

This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought by Wilbur E. Gray, an inmate of the Nevada State Penitentiary.

On June 8, 1965, Petitioner was convicted by a jury on the charge of robbery, and on June 11, 1965, judgment was entered against him for the crime of robbery and he was sentenced to imprisonment in the State Prison for a term of not less than five years nor more than six years. On January...
