FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

Plaintiffs, Georgia poultry processors, brought this action against the Florida Commissioner of Agriculture to restrain the enforcement of certain provisions of Chapter 583, Florida Statutes, F.S.A., relating to the inspection, grading and tagging of poultry products within the State of Florida1 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
