Mort Zimmerman, based upon jury findings that he personally agreed prior to plaintiffs' execution of a certain contract that he would indemnify them against all debts and obligations of Admiral Motor Hotel of Texas, Inc., that he as well as the plaintiffs intended that the contract in question would contain a provision providing for...
