The question to be determined on this appeal is whether there was error in failure of the trial court to direct a verdict for appellants. The only inquiry necessary on this question is whether there is evidence that appellee produced a purchaser ready and willing to purchase lands of appellants listed for sale with appellee Montgomery on terms specified by appellants.
