This is an appeal from a judgment of the Johnson County Circuit Court affirming an order of the Board of Review awarding unemployment compensation benefits to appellees.

The appellees, C. A. Clemmons and Lucille K. Howard, were employed by the appellant, Hanford Produce Company, at its hatchery in Clarksville, Arkansas, and as such employees, their work was confined to the hatchery where baby chicks were hatched by artificial incubation. These...
