Medley, appellant herein, was charged with the crime of Armed Robbery, the Information alleging that Medley, by force and intimidation, and armed with a revolver, took $80.00 in money from T. J. Bolin. Medley was also charged with Kidnapping. On January 4, 1963, Medley entered a plea of guilty to robbery, and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
