This appeal is from a decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals, affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 1-4 in application serial No. 127,049, filed July 26, 1961, entitled "Apparatus for Drying and Preheating Fine Granular Material, Particularly Cement Raw Material." No claim has been allowed.
