Robilio, Jr., Rose Ann Robilio, Florence Rita Robilio Radogna, Roane Waring, Jr., and the Union Planters National Bank of Memphis, Tennessee. The plaintiff is a resident of the State of New York and the defendants are all residents of the State of Tennessee. Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship...
