The defendant, Ali Ahmeti, was indicted by the Ulster County Grand Jury on December 22, 1964 for the crimes of burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the first degree, unlawfully entering a building, and attempted bribery. These crimes allegedly took place on November 2, 1964 at a roadside restaurant on Route 28A in the Town of Ulster, County of Ulster, New York, when the defendant was in the company of Marash Mirakaj and Kabil...
