HERLANDS, District Judge:

Plaintiff moves, by an order to show cause, for a preliminary injunction restraining defendant and his agents "from using or relying on any shares" of the plaintiff corporation acquired in violation of the federal securities laws "and from exercising any rights claimed to arise out of said shares for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for the purpose of compelling the disclosure of the stock records"...
