This is a suit for damages for personal injuries arising from the collision of a 1960 Renault Caravel coupe automobile operated by appellee, James Roy Dildine, and a 1957 Ford automobile being operated by appellant, Mrs. Winnie Kerr, wife of Carlton Kerr. The collision occurred about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 1964, in the 1100 block of South Lamar Boulevard in the City of Austin, Texas.
