OPINION

HENSLEY, Chief Judge.

A minor child of the plaintiffs was accidentally killed in the course of his employement. This action against the employer and the insurance carrier was brought to recover death benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act.

After taking the depositions of the plaintiffs the defendants moved for summary judgment. From an order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants the plaintiffs bring this appeal.
