In October, 1954, claimant sustained an industrial back injury which in May, 1959 was found to be a permanent partial disability and was settled on a nonschedule lump sum adjustment. In 1956 claimant was hired by his brother to work for employer herein. Claimant, while lifting on the job, suffered a second back injury in April, 1960 which required surgical correction.
