Hunter sues the Defendants Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company (Katy Railroad) and St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company (Frisco Railway) for damages as a result of personal injuries received by him on September 11, 1963, while unloading a railroad hopper car at a railroad siding at the bulk cement plant of Halliburton Company situated in Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma...
