The Court of Claims in awarding damages of $12,150 denominated $2,800 as direct damages and $9,350 as consequential damages. Claimant's expert testified as to damages totaling $26,638 of which $6,650 were direct damages and the remainder consequential damages. The State's expert opined direct damages of $4,300 and no consequential damages on the grounds that the benefit to the remainder from the obtaining of an additional five to six hundred...
