Defendant appeals from an order overruling his motion to vacate judgment and sentence pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R.

Defendant entered pleas of guilty to two charges pending in the Circuit Court of McDonald County on August 17, 1964. On August 20, 1964, he was sentenced in both cases.
