The state of Ohio, Department of Mental Hygiene and Correction, Bureau of Support, obtained a judgment for ten thousand one hundred eleven and 50/100 dollars ($10,111.50) in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County against Pearl Butts as guardian of Phoebe Burger, an incompetent without dependents, for the ward's care and support in a state benevolent institution.
