This is an appeal from judgment of the trial court entered on a jury verdict in a workman's compensation case brought by Bobby K. Wallace, appellant, against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for back injuries allegedly sustained by appellant. The jury found appellant suffered no total incapacity but that he did sustain partial disability for a period of 52 weeks.
