The above named plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted of first degree murder and the jury fixed the penalty at death. Judgment entered on the verdict and on writ of error to this court the judgment was affirmed. Segura v. People, Colo., 412 P.2d 227. Petition for rehearing was denied April 4, 1966.
