Defendant William Pinkus was found guilty by a jury of violating Penal Code, section 311.21 on July 14, 1966, and on October 19, 1966, in the City of Los Angeles. Pinkus appeals from the respective judgments of conviction pronounced upon the guilty verdicts entered upon two counts.
