The complaint in this case alleges that plaintiff is a Trustee in Bankruptcy of Trend House Furniture, Inc. It is further alleged that on or about the 5th day of December, 1966 the bankrupt transferred certain properties to the defendant in violation of the bulk transfer sections of the Oklahoma Statutes. It is specifically alleged that the transfer by the bankrupt to defendant was made without compliance with the "bulk transfer" provisions...
