This action charges an alleged infringement by defendants of American copyrights issued to plaintiff on Volumes 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the English-language translation of "Juliette" by Wainhouse.

It comes before us on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction restraining defendants from marketing any copy of their one-volume book entitled "Juliette" or from otherwise infringing plaintiff's copyrights. We have concluded...
