This is an action under the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of this Court brought by Odell Lattin, a longshoreman, against defendant Flota Mercante Grancolombiana, S. A., owners of the M/V CIUDAD DE ARMENIA, for injuries occurring to him on board the vessel in the Port of Houston on February 16, 1966.
