Defendants Eaker and Gallup were jointly charged and tried. The information alleged (count II) an armed robbery on October 3, 1965, and a like crime on October 16, 1965 (count I). Gallup was convicted on both counts, Eaker only on count I.

The details of the two crimes need only be outlined, since the sufficiency of the evidence is not in dispute.
