CRAVEN, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a decision of the district court for South Carolina in the exercise of its bankruptcy jurisdiction. We are asked to define the rights of the Trustee in Bankruptcy and the appellant, Dr. William Brockington, in respect to (1) a building erected by the bankrupt corporation on a lot owned by Brockington, and (2) two promissory notes given by Brockington as consideration for shares of the bankrupt's stock.
