The appellant and another were named as defendants in a multiple count indictment. The first count charged them with conspiracy to violate the postal laws, 18 U.S.C.A. § 371, and each of the other counts charged them with the use of the mails in a scheme to defraud, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341.
