This is a Workmen's Compensation case. In the trial court, on the verdict of the jury, plaintiff, James E. Richardson, was awarded judgment against Coal Operators Casualty Company for total and permanent incapacity as a natural result of injuries sustained by plaintiff on May 26, 1963 while in the course and scope of his employment by Helen Versie Richardson and for the recovery of medical expenses in the sum of $3,262.50.
