ALBERT V. BRYAN, Circuit Judge:

This is a libel action by James Jude Taglia and Leo George Becker against their employer, Philco Corporation, for alleged defamation of them in a report made to the United States under the terms of a defense contract. On defendant's motion for summary judgment, the District Court dismissed, holding the communication absolutely privileged. We affirm.
