Order entered on the 20th day of June, 1967 uanimously modified, on the law, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, to the extent of striking therefrom that portion of the order which enjoins the defendant "from transferring or disposing of the works of art listed in the trust agreement entered into between the parties, dated December 13, 1966". The order is otherwise affirmed, without costs or disbursements to either party.
