This case was tried to the Court. It is an effort on the part of the plaintiffs to remove a cloud on the title to certain real estate located in Conejos County, Colorado. The demand is for cancellation of a deed of trust which has already been foreclosed in Public Trustee proceedings. Plaintiffs also demand damages in the amount of $5.000.00 on the theory of slander of title involving the same...
