Plaintiff Rosener appeals from a judgment on verdict against Merle E. Larson and Ray P. Sanchez in the amount of $2,250 as damages suffered in an accident caused by the negligent operation of a truck. Named as defendants were Larson and Sanchez, owners and operators of the truck, and certain others, against whom no judgment was rendered.
