Boston Insurance Company and its insured Oak Builders, Inc., have suspensively appealed from a $1,215 judgment against them in favor of Harry Liwerant. This award was based on the failure of Oak Builders to fulfill an alleged contractual agreement with Liwerant. Boston Insurance Company was the performance bonds-man of Oak Builders.
