Reyna, Jr., defendants below, that appellants, Jeronimo Serna and wife, Ramona Serna, plaintiffs below, take nothing by their suit. It appears that the correct name of Samuel P. Reyna, Sr. is Nicanor Reyna and he appeared under the last-mentioned name. No point is made concerning that matter...
