One Joe A. Hammer suffered a heart attack on November 27, 1962, while working as an oil well driller for Haco Drilling Company, sometimes briefly referred to herein merely as "Haco". He never recovered sufficiently to return to work, and, after instituting proceedings docketed as Cause No. D-15410 in the State Industrial Court to recover workmen's compensation on account of his permanent disability therefrom...
