This is a tort action in which plaintiff, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Dara Lynn Cabaness, sued defendants, Anthony Mascarella and his comprehensive liability insurer, The Employers' Fire Insurance Company, for damages arising from an attack on the person of the child by a dog belonging to defendant, Mascarella. The judge a quo determined that under the facts defendants were not legally liable and rendered judgment...
