These are two civil actions brought pursuant to the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 4-13-16, to recover for personal injuries and for medical expenses incurred as a result of an attack by a dog upon the plaintiff Barbara Fargnoli, minor child of the plaintiff Joseph Fargnoli.
