Petitioner, Ralph K. Forsythe, asks for release from sentence to the Ohio Penitentiary following his conviction in this court, in 1957, of first degree manslaughter. He filed a petition in which he enumerated specific areas of claimed infringement of constitutional rights, then an amended petition in which he raised the claim of prejudicial publicity.
