On appeal from the hearing referee's award of compensation to plaintiff, the workmen's compensation appeal board reversed the referee and denied compensation. On leave granted, plaintiff appeals.

While employed by McKee Company on September 8, 1960, plaintiff sustained a low back injury for which he was hospitalized until September 21, 1960. He continued treatment with the company doctor until September 29, 1960. Thereafter he returned to the job...
