This case is before us under our supervisory jurisdiction.1 Various issues are raised by the relator, Philip J. Sciortino, in his application for writs and in brief filed in this court which we do not thnk are properly before us. We shall therefore set out only the facts pertinent and necessary for a decision under the view we take of the case.
