This is a personal-injury action by a guardian ad litem for an injured child.1 The cause of the injury is definitely established; the extent of the injury is not material in the present status of the case.

This appeal, on behalf of the injured child, is from a judgment of dismissal after a verdict for the defendants based on a special finding that the child was contributorily negligent.
