We are here called upon to determine the correct measure of damages for negligent recording of a deed by an escrow agent.

Plaintiffs-appellees filed suit for damages because of the defendant-appellant's alleged negligence in placing of record a deed to property owned by plaintiffs and sold by them to a Mr. and Mrs. Lindholm.
