In these three companion cases, they have brought suit under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185, to collect royalty payments allegedly due to the Fund by the defendant coal producers under the terms of the Anthracite Wage Agreements specified in the complaints.
