This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of possessing heroin and marijuana for sale.

In an information filed in Los Angeles on September 1, 1965, defendant and Rachel M. Gonzalez were charged in count I with possessing heroin for sale on August 6, 1965, and in count II with possessing marijuana for sale on August 6, 1965.
