ONION, Judge.

The offense is Robbery By Assault; the punishment, 20 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

John D. Montgomery testified he was assaulted and robbed of $1,200.00 by four (4) Negro boys at 10:10 P.M. on March 5, 1966 immediately after he had closed his Dallas County liquor store. He spent two weeks in the hospital as a result of the injuries received. He was unable...
