Clearly the record contains substantial medical evidence upon which the board could properly have determined, that despite the presence of a pre-existing arteriosclerotic condition, decedent's death was causally related to strenuous work activities engaged in by him just prior to his death. Appellants do not even seem seriously to dispute that conclusion here. Rather they urge that the board's finding that the exertion caused coronary insufficiency...
