The plaintiff in this case is suing in her own behalf and as administratrix of the estate of her late husband, Francis A. Duggan, to recover upon a liability insurance policy issued by the defendant, The Travelers Indemnity Company ("Travelers"). Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (a).
