This is a suit in equity to cancel a mineral lease covering 120 acres of land in Saline County, Arkansas, the property of plaintiff W. M. Inman. Mr. Inman and his wife, who joins him as a plaintiff, are individual citizens of Arkansas; the defendant, hereinafter at times called Milwhite, is a Texas corporation having its principal place of business in that State.
